Refurbished or Dropped?
Jungle is a crime drama show that mixes rapping with arthouse visuals. The story is about two different people who are trying to make their lives better. There are a lot of slow-motion shots and pictures of Anand. If you’ve already finished it, you may be wondering if it’s still running or if it has been canceled or renewed. So far, here’s what we know:

What is season 1 of Jungle about?
The Jungle takes place in the near future in London at an unknown time and place, where skyscrapers are decorated with neon advertisements. It’s like Blade Runner 2077, but it doesn’t do much to create a world.
The story is basically split in half, with the first three episodes centered on one character and the next three focused on a different one. The first three are about a man named Gogo who seeks to change his life for the better by participating in one last daring heist with his partner Slim. When the security guard is killed in cold blood, things don’t go according to plan. Gogo tries to get away from the gang of guards, led by his brother 6ix and he is hungry for blood.
The second half of the book changes things up and focuses on a character named Marcus. Like Danielle, Marcus wants to start a new life and be a better example to his brother. He has a shady past that comes back to haunt him, and the fact that he falls for the beautiful and talented Bianca only makes things worse.

Has Jungle been picked up for a second season?
At the time of this writing, Amazon has not picked up a second season of Junglee. Even though the ending is unclear, this Arthouse series is more of a “one more complete” type of show because of how the story is set. The themes are strong enough, but the lack of depth in the characters is a real problem.
There have been many different reactions from fans and critics regarding this series. This sounds like a show that will either make you love it or hate it.
With all that in mind, we have a feeling Amazon won’t be ordering a second season of Junglee. Amazon is putting all of its attention on Rings of Power right now, and it doesn’t look like Jungle is a show that the streaming giant will put on the table for a renewal.
Season 2. What do we know about it so far?
At the time of writing, not much is known about Season 2, as it has not been renewed. Even though Amazon has been good at renewing the show in the past, we have a feeling it won’t be getting a second season.
It’s likely that Amazon will say something official about the future of this rap-based show in a few months, but for now we’ll have to wait and see.

The first season of Beyond the Edge averaged 2.52 million viewers among 18-49-year-olds with a 0.33 rating and Live+ same-day ratings (which includes DVR playback until 3:00 AM). Even though these numbers do not include viewing delays or streaming, they are still a pretty good indicator of how well a show is doing, especially when compared to other shows on the same channel. There may be other economic factors that affect the fate of a show, but in general, the shows with the highest ratings are kept running and the shows with the lowest ratings are cancelled.
