Everton are in talks for Harry Winks with Tottenham Hotspur ready to let go of the midfielder this summer.
Tottenham have brought in a new midfielder, with Yves Bisouma completing a move to Brighton and Hove Albion.
Bisouma joins as Antonio Conte’s main four midfield options, along with Pierre-एmile Hjberg, Rodrigo Bentancur and Oliver Skip.
That means Winks is the man watching Tottenham from the outside and there is little chance of first-team action under Conte.

Everton in talks for Harry Winks
Conte praised Winks as a player he could count on back in February, but the minutes are not for him.
It means Tottenham have told Winks he could leave the club this summer and Everton are ready to strike.
The Liverpool Echo reports that Everton have now started talks to sign Winks from Tottenham.
Negotiations are believed to be at an early stage but there is hope from all sides that Winks will become an Everton player.
Winks is understood to be interested in signing for Everton with the prospect of getting his career back on track under Frank Lampard.
Lampard knows a thing or two about quality midfield play and must have seen something in winks that he could develop.
While Lampard was a goalscoring midfielder, Winks is more of a seated midfielder with the ability to direct from deep.
Three other Premier League clubs are believed to be keen on Winks, meaning Everton will have this transfer not going its own way.
There is also the problem of Tottenham’s asking price, which will be around £20 million.
Everton don’t have a huge budget at their disposal and it won’t be easy to come up with £20million for the Winks.
Tottenham could well try to use Everton’s interest in winks and secure the Toffees to pursue Richarlison, so that’s another aspect to keep an eye on here.
